Supply Chain Executive – Order Desk/ PSI-UAE

Job Description



Receive and process sales orders

Coordinating/ follow up with distributors for order taking, payments & shipping instructions

Coordinating with HQ for arranging stocks for customers specific requirements

PSI planning- category wise forecasting to ensure order fulfillment

Prepare PSI and other related reports on monthly basis and as needed

Prioritize day to day work activities within daily work routine

Ensuring customer satisfaction by quality communication with distributors and other business partners


At least 2- 4 years’ experience in a similar role

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; testing will be administrated prior to final interview

Knowledge and understanding of INCOTERMS

Ability to multi-task several customers inquires and their transactions at the same time

Good analytical skills

Proactive, professional and are able to build strong business relationships with clients/ customers

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Work independently as well as in a team

Preferably worked with varied payment terms including Letter of Credit (LC).
