Project Manager / Business Analyst

Position : Project Manager with Business Analyst Experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead data quality assessment activities, encompassing data profiling, analysis, and validation.
• Work closely with Data Quality specialists to identify issues and propose improvements.
• Coordinate data collection efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.
• Ensure all project stakeholders are informed about project outcomes.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Proactively monitor project risks, taking necessary actions to minimise their impact.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure availability of required resources.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with Business Analyst expertise.
  Fluency in Arabic (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication.
• Strong understanding of data quality assessment methodologies and best practices.
• Advantageous to have experience in data profiling, analysis, and validation.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
