Job Description

Prepare actual and forecast Net Sales, P&L and inventory report (including management report) every month

Analyse data and suggest action plan

Have responsibilities for system master maintenance and follow up daily system operation

Coordinate S&M Budget preparation

Ensure and provide support function to the Marketing Groups for effective Inventory Control

This job is to analyse data and provide report such as Net Sales, P&L and inventory for management

And also have governance for system maintenance to run operation smoothly in close communication with IS team and Product marketing

Knowledge of PL (profit & loss) , BS (balance sheet) and basic finance / accounting

Accuracy of number on account of Mgmt reporting and decision making is of prime importance

Planning and Organizing and multitasking

Clear communication skills

Knowledge of SAP would be helpful but not a limiting factor
