1) Receipts & Review of POs
2) Create BOMs in SAGE, review drwgs to arrive “make/buy” decisions on items listed in BOMs, for Products called up on POs
3) Liaise confirm/conclude BOM issues
4) Book Sales Orders in SAGE after consultation with Logistics & Production depts regarding likely delivery date and issue order acknowledgements
5) Communicate BOM errors, if any, and suggest changes.
6) Receive SOP data from LTH, every month, and reconcile with existing SOP
7) Even out monthly load vis-a vis the available capacity and stocks
8) Publish revised SOP
9) Communicate anticipated delays on contracts owing to
a. Capacity constraints
b. Material availability
c. BOM issues
10) Publish Revenue report
11) Publish third party inspection plans for contracts for the forthcoming month
12) Collate and issue CSDs for all contracts in the forthcoming month latest by the first day of the month
13) Create Works orders for band joint kits and end cap kits for the forthcoming month latest by the first day of the month
