• Complete Logistics Inbound and outbound
• Warehousing Management including W/H management at 3PL vendors
• Purchasing and Planning
• Suppliers management: On-time delivery, quality assurance
• Cost Saving incl Low cost country sourcing , freight & WH cost reduction etc
• Product management support incl new Product Launch support etc
• Forecasting & Safety Stock management
• Inventory management - Obsolence and stock profile management
• Reduction of lead times & VMI management at suppliers
• Constant coordination with the production and supply sites
• Handling freight business for the region with freight forwards
