Supervise and guide the accounts team.Verify the stock purchase and receipt of the same.Ensure the foreign & local payments are made as per the agreed payment terms .Communicate with the principal & local clients related to any payment issues.Handle the corporate bankingProper fund management (Transfer of funds between banks).FX dealingNegotiation with the banks for better facilities.Liaise with the auditors & ensure the audit is carried out on time. Direct the preparation of accounting and financial statements of the company.Liaise with finance department of the sub-franchisee stores/external partners of the business for various accounts related issues, as and when required.Prepare and submit the MIS reports to the senior management as per schedule (monthly p&l, quarterly balance sheet, cash flow etc.) |
